Nell Stephenson is a competitive athlete, personal trainer, and a health and nutrition consultant.

In her private practice she uses a comprehensive, individualized approach to develop a custom, goal-oriented plan to get clients to achieve the results they're looking for. With an Exercise Science Degree from the University of Southern California, a Health/Fitness Instructor Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine and over a decade in the health, fitness & nutrition industry, Nell offers the ideal balance to support and guide clients, whether they're a busy executive, a new mom or an athlete.

To support her training for Ironman Triathlon, Nell has tried many different nutritional plans and has found that The Paleo Diet is superior to all other ways of eating.
