Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load

The University of Sydney has developed a wonderful web site that explains and presents glycemic index and glycemic load values for all types of foods.  You will notice, however, philosophical differences with regard to the consumption of grains.  We discourage their consumption for reasons beyond glycemic index including stimulation of autoimmune diseases and other factors.  Click here to visit their site.
